I am an IT Specialist with a background in computer science and hands-on experience across IT operations, automation, and infrastructure. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Chester in 2022 and have since worked in roles that require both technical execution and operational ownership.

Currently, I manage end-to-end IT operations for a group of companies based in Brunei Darussalam. My responsibilities span system administration, network infrastructure, security controls, service desk operations, and IT asset management. I work closely with management and users to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

A key focus of my work is automation and process improvement. I design and implement workflows that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and support scalability across departments. This includes automating routine operations, supporting internal teams with practical solutions, and ensuring systems are well-documented and maintainable.
